Sources of financing in the amount of $480 million have been determined for Asman city. The head of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov announced this at a meeting of the Parliament.
"God willing, we will begin construction next year," he said.
The deputies considered the Cabinet of Ministers’ report on the execution of the national budget.
Akylbek Zhaparov noted that over the past three years, he, President Sadyr Zhaparov, the head of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Bakyt Torobaev laid a capsule at the construction sites of facilities in 56 places.
"Construction work is actively underway at 92% of them, some are being completed," the head of the Cabinet of Ministers said.
According to him, 10 hospitals and 32 clinics worth 1.5 billion som were built in 2023. At least 320 educational institutions were built from 2021 to 2024.
