According to him, South Korea actively develops spatial data sector recently and can share experience with Kyrgyzstan in developing relevant policies, standards, and improving legal framework.
"We want to help Kyrgyzstan so that Kyrgyzstan can achieve success without mistakes that we had," he noted.
Kim Won dae also stated that South Korea will be able to assist Kyrgyzstan in satellite imagery utilisation in future.
He emphasised that spatial data sees extensive use in daily life of South Korean citizens.
"In everyday life of South Korean citizens, spatial data plays important role. It applies across all spheres of our life. Previously we could live without it, but now we can no longer imagine our life without spatial data," he said.
According to Kim Won dae, citizens obtain and utilise spatial data via internet. Specifically, three dimensional maps remain accessible to them, through which they can locate necessary data taking their interests into account.
"For example, one can find destinations with their help. Spatial data can also be used, for example, for driverless motor cars," he added.
