The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approves the Second Additional Agreement amending the agreement with Azerbaijan on establishing the Azerbaijan Kyrgyzstan Development Fund.
The document was signed on 31 July 2026 in Cholpon-Ata during the state visit of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Kyrgyzstan.
