Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Edil Baysalov met with Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Kyrgyzstan Mekin Mustafa Kemal Oke. This was reported by the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan.
Edil Baysalov noted that Kyrgyzstan attaches particular importance to the comprehensive strengthening of cooperation with the brotherly Republic of Turkey and emphasised that the two countries are united by strong historical, cultural, and spiritual ties.
The parties expressed interest in the sustainable and effective development of trade and economic relations between the two states. Issues of cooperation in the fields of healthcare, culture, and education were also discussed.
Special attention was paid to the importance of further developing the bilateral legal framework, which creates the basis for the effective implementation of mutually beneficial cooperation.
The parties expressed readiness to continue constructive dialogue and promote the expansion of bilateral ties of mutual interest.
