Kyrgyzstan business can receive conscientious entrepreneur status

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Kyrgyzstan reminds that the acceptance of documents for inclusion in the Register of Conscientious Entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan continues.

The Register is formed to support and promote responsible business representatives who demonstrate transparency and stability in their activities.

A business entity submits an application and package of supporting documents to the CCI of Kyrgyzstan.

For legal entities:

· A copy of the certificate of state registration (re-registration).

· Copies of constituent documents.

· Confirmation of the absence of debt for mandatory payments to the budget.

· Information on full-time employees.

· Data on taxes paid for the last three years.

For individual entrepreneurs:

· A copy of the passport.

· A copy of the patent.

· Confirmation of the absence of debt for mandatory payments.

· Information on employees (if any).

· Data on taxes paid for the last three years.

Candidates are considered by permanent interdepartmental commission. Following the meeting, decision is made on the entity's inclusion in the Register.

Advantages for Register participants:

· Free airtime on state television channels for advertising (by media plan agreement).

· Out of turn service at tax authorities.

· Free participation on behalf of Kyrgyzstan in international exhibitions, fairs, and forums.

· Exemption from checks for three years by state controlling bodies (excluding tax authorities).

· Access to preferential financing within the framework of state lending programmes.
